Uncured Ham Steaks from Coleman Natural are slow-smoked over seasoned applewood and packaged fully-cooked for a weeknight meal that’s ready in minutes.

All hams from Coleman Natural are uncured, which means they have no added nitrates or nitrites. Instead, our hams are cured using sea salt and cultured celery powder, so they still have that delicious ham flavor without the use of artificial additives.

Our hams are sourced from family-owned farms that raise their animals crate-free, the way nature intended. These farmers are committed to producing American Humane Certified pork, meeting over 200 humane animal care standards!

Fully-cooked ham steaks from Coleman Natural are ready to eat. Make a hearty sandwich with ham steak, your favorite veggies, and a slice of cheese piled atop fresh bread. Or chop ham into cubes to add to a tasty pasta salad

If you prefer your ham warm, you can heat it through in the oven or air fryer. You could also lay it flat on the grill for a bit of extra smoky flavor. For quick, even heat, place your ham in a hot skillet on your stovetop until warm.

How Is Coleman Natural Ham Made?

Whole hams come from the rear leg of a hog. Our ham is prepared with a solution of water, salt, vinegar, and turbinado sugar, before being naturally cured with cultured celery powder and sea salt. Finally, it’s smoked over Applewood until it’s fully-cooked and ready to eat!
